AWD is still not receiving my shipped products!
I raised a case last week about my AWD shipment that has been delivered already as confirmed by my forwarder and still has not checked in to be received 3 weeks ago! This is the case ID 16356095341 and still no response from Amazon after telling me they're contacting some internal team.
I am hearing quite bad stuff from AWD being at its inventory limits already and I have 3 more shipments inbound. I will go out of stock in 3 weeks if STAR-QXZ73WDDGMYTQ still do not check in. I use AWD to cut all huge fees in shipping stuff straight to FBA and yet, AWD will screw up my Q4!
If someone from Amazon, please help!

I'm sorry to read about these issues. I have passed the case and shipment along to my AWD contacts and will let you know as soon as I hear back, but please keep an eye on your case ID in case the reply comes there first as well.
