Use of HTML on amazon listings..
Hello. I have three listing on Amazon all of which use HTML for a neater looking viewing experience. I used a text formatting website called HTML convertor for Amazon, a free experience that looks great. On two of the listings the format is correct, it's how I want it to look, but on the third listing, all the text is jumbled together in one long paragraph and looks horrendous. I have edited the listing over and over, waited 24 hours and nothing has changed at all.
Also on my listing bullet points are stupid information that has nothing to do with my product such as crystal and cartoon character? I did not enter this information and I can not find anywhere is the listing settings to remove them?
Can anyone help with this?
Thanks.

sharing The affected ASINs would help, to see what the issue is.
I did find one of your listings.
I would note that technically, almost all HTML in descriptions is against amazon policy, and if identified can lead to the description being removed.
The only HTML allowed is </br> to create a line break.
The bullet points you are seeing is amazons wonderful AI trying to interpret details from your description. They added the fact that al our manual fret saws were corded electric for some reason. Astoundingly one customer purchased one assuming it was electric.
All you can do is open a case with seller support and request the issue bullet point is removed.
