You are not approved to list this product and we are not accepting applications at this time - please help!!
Hello,
I am the sole seller and brand owner of all my ASINs. I've been selling these products consistently, and my selling account has always maintained an excellent health status. However, today, I observed that many of my ASINs have unexpectedly turned inactive ( offer status ) . When I attempt to reactivate them using the "Request Approval" button, I receive this message: "You are not approved to list this product, and we are not accepting applications at this time."
I believe there might be a technical glitch or perhaps a subcategory restriction/block affecting our account, causing these ASINs to remain inactive. Even when I create new ASINs, they encounter the same issue and turn inactive.
We've invested significantly in these ASINs under our brand, especially through PPC campaigns. This sudden inactivity is causing us to miss out on sales and brings a lot of stress
. Can anyone provide guidance on how to rectify this? Alternatively, if there are Amazon admins on this forum, your assistance would be invaluable. For reference, I've also detailed this concern in Case ID 14177764561. I've heard @Michelle_Amazon is adept at resolving such matters. Michelle, I'd truly appreciate your input and assistance in resolving this so we can resume selling our products.
Thank you

There has been a glitch with browse nodes. Check and see if the product is still in the correct category.

Has the brand name on these listings changed?

You are a victim of Brand Registry. Some other seller has taken over the brand. This has happened to us over 20 different times.
We had to relist no help from amazon. Amazon created the perfect tool to steal other people's Brand. It is called Brand Registry first come first served. Amazon is full of fake brands, so many they have no control anymore, just like the catalog.

Exact same thing happened to us last Friday, but in the Grocery category. It seems to be a whole category block. We were selling our own brand, other brand that we represent in brand registry as well as on other listings that have no ties to any registered brands. We have flawless metrics, perfect account health, perfect feedback, glowing reviews. No explanation, no prior notification or in fact ANY notification was given. No opportunity to appeal or request approval. Honest jobs within our company wiped out at the stroke of a pen, or click of a button, with no recourse. Now our competitors are happily raising their prices on listings we sold on mutually so in the end the Amazon customers pay extra as well, not to mention our own popular products disappearing for good.

Almost 6000 units stranded in FBA, all our SKUs, and will face disposal as impossible to send back to Europe without and even bigger financial loss.
Have you managed to to get any help? We are trying to piece together the whole story and send to the highest places possible, within Amazon first, then everywhere else possible.

Same exact issue here. It would be great if there was a way to actually escalate issues like this, especially in instances like these where the problem is created by Amazon.
Brand name is ours, Amazon confirmed it for us more than once.
We used a different upload template to try to get more details and found more details: "the item is listed in a restricted sub-category"
Within variation management, it gives us an option to sell our own (won't let us), but defaults to 'collectible' instead of 'new'
The problem lies in either Amazon changing a category or condition, which created the scenario.
We just keep opening cases hoping eventually someone will actually figure it out (it's only been 9 months so far)

We're in the exact same situation!!
Michelle, can you take a look at CASE ID 14216224661? We have explained our issue in this case.
A number of my ASINs were inactivated ( offers) for reasons unknown to me and I can no longer approve them!. All these ASINs fall under the same subcategory and also prohibits the creation of new ASINs for products in this subcategory. I have been approved to sell products in this subcategory, yet Amazon doesn't permit the creation of new ASINs for products within it. It's worth noting that I own the brand associated with all the ASINs in my account.
On October 31, 2023, Amazon informed me that I was selling products subject to Amazon's restrictions.
Following that, additional restrictions were placed on these products. To restart sales, I need to follow the process of seeking permission and "Apply to Sell" these items. However, the issue is that there's no "Approve" button available, indicating a definite system glitch preventing me from ungating my offers
I kindly request Amazon support to rectify this technical issue and lift any gating preventing me from selling in my designated subcategory. Should there be a need for any documents or proof of sales legitimacy, kindly inform me.

This is a serious issue for Amazon! So many sellers have suffered from it lately, me too. Amazon need to take action to avoid VC account seller to modify the brand name of other seller's ASINs! @Michelle_Amazon
