I have the SAME PROBLEM!
I have GTIN’s for my products registered with GS1… But Amazon says “The value specified is invalid” when I try and upload my first product in Seller Central.
This is ridiculous. The GTIN is clearly valid.
No support from anywhere on Amazon and an awful interface. The platform offers no constructive feedback or any hints to help the user correct this error message. This should be simple, but it’s tremendously frustrating.
The richest company in the world, but they don’t use telephones or have any support.

I spoke to support at some point and they told me to use this GTIN form GS1 as EAN number on amazon and that worked and solved the problem
