I can't update the US product listing title even though I am the brand owner.

Hello,

We have just created a link to our new product with a few random letters in the title, and now the product is about to go on sale. However, we can't change the title when editing in the backend and uploading using the form, and we've spoken to customer service a few times to fix the problem. I hope Amazon team can help me to refresh this title! Thank you very much!

That thing is called "listing".

That thing is called "seller support", you are a seller and not a customer.

If the product is new without inventory, the simplest way is to take a new UPC from GS1 and to create a new listing. Wait some days to see if the system will accept it.
