Heavy & Bulky Program and VTR
I have been using Tuffnells for my deliveries as all my deliveries are 20+ KG and my VTR has been about 95% until they went in liquidation.
I am now using an alternative carrier who have their own website and tracking numbers which customers can follow from start to finish but Amazon will not recognise the carrier and their tracking numbers which has now pushed my VTR down.
My question is will it make it any different if I use the Heavy & Bulky program even though they are not an integrated carrier.

As littleshop says, Amazon exempt any shipping not with an integrated courier, what does your VTR report say?

Not directly answering your question but are you entering everything manually? Like some say invalid as the tracking number so obviously they will be invalid, also your RM tracked 48 code looks wrong

Thanks. It the ones with Db Freelance thats causing an issue with me.
I have had one VTR warning email and expecting another one soon so hoping I can resolve it before then

Because when I spoke to SS they told me that the one with SORG… were the ones to use (as it was Db freelance reference number) which turned out to be incorrect as when I spoke to them again a difference person told me that they were not the ones to use. It has been so frustrating dealing with SS

For bulky orders we using Parcelink carrier, they produce own or DX labels depends on destination, when we entered on Amazon carrier Parcelink all was on VTR report, so we have changed to DX and now it is OK, it looks like you cant use carrier not integrated with Amazon, we had the same issue with furniture, all was delivered by us with tracking number, GPS and pictures.

I have found this policy the_Little_Shop as per below but would you know why I am not exempted or how can I be exempted?
If your preferred carrier name doesn’t appear in drop-down under Confirm dispatch section, select Carrier name as “Other” and enter the name of your non-integrated carrier and delivery service. The Delivery Service will automatically populate as “Other”. You can enter a valid delivery service. Provide the tracking information if available so that the customers can track their shipments through the carrier website. Shipments sent through non-integrated carriers will not be considered while calculating Valid Tracking Rate performance. For more details on acceptable carrier names and how to provide a carrier name during confirm shipment process, go to FAQ12 and FAQ1 If you deliver shipments through your own logistics, select “Self-delivery” as Carrier and Delivery service when you confirm shipment.
