I’m curious, who reads the comments we leave? How often are they reviewed and actioned?
The reason I ask is that for those negative experiences I have, they’re always based around the same issues and it’s been like that for years with no change (that I’ve noticed) taking place. For example, seller support, your AI or Bots that do not read the entire message or look at attachments but rather send canned responses based on the subject matter…so we need to start over every time.
