Invoice Defect Rate

Hi, we have enrolled in in Amazon’s VAT calculation service, which should be processing all our business customer invoices - but we see that currently 1 out of 11 invoices has not worked for some reason, and so we are showing an Invoice Defect Rate of 9.09%, above the permitted 5%.
Amazon support have been very little help. Has anyone else had this experience, and have you found a fix?

Did you recently enrol ?

If you go to the order does it say upload invoice or manage invoice ?

The service is only active from the moment you set it - it doesn’t create any invoices for orders received before activation. If you had any orders that predated signing up you’ll have to do them manually.

Also - is your VAT number validated on Amazon?
