False A-Z Claim and Affected Account Health

Customer order 2 product with separate order id and returned 1 item and file claim for 2 order id,

Amazon team not given chance of representation of our side and direct granted A-Z claim and affected to account health.

We already file our appeal but no result since 1 month, face a loss in terms of account health, money debited, product not received in original condition and also customer is not revert anything in buyer seller message.

When this type of condition happens amazon must support the seller to prove their point at least and given reimbursement of missing product and not accept such a false claim daily basis.

This is totally helpless condition for seller.

Extremely dissatisfied.
