What is your ODTR % at? Are you seeing promise days added?

Mine is at 93% OTDR Rate

My OTDR Dashboard says 1.3 Promise Days added

Yet, on the ASIN page, the customers is seeing 4 ship days added.

What is everyone elses OTDR % at?

What is your Dashboard saying for promise days added?

And how many days are you seeing added on your ASIN page to customers?

We can get some stats together and figure out what percent Amazon is padding our delivery days

Curious if anyone is 97% and above and still seeing padded delivery dates too

it doesn’t seem to matter what your ODTR is, if you have AHT on or off, if you have SSA enabled or partially enabled.

90% of sellers have a 4 to 5 day padding on the delivery date of their FBM ASINs. Has nothing to do with promise extensions.

Customers are seeing delivery dates of my shipping template PLUS 4 to 5 days. Yet when orders come through the customer sees the correct delivery date as set by the shipping template/handling time. The seller is also required to deliver by that date.

You can be the lowest price with a fast shipping template, 0 day handling time and the seller app will show you as the lowest priced offer and the featured prices offer however you are not. The seller who isn’t being punished with the padding is the winner.

Mods aren’t responding to any of the chains. SS is closing cases with generic cut and paste responses. Account managers have no answers.

Do better Amazon.

I had 2 orders out of 39 that were delivered late (one was priority mail) between 11/7 and 11/20.

I am down to 66.33% suddenly (I was 100% last time I looked).

I recently re-enabled SSA and AHT.

I am reading online about USPS's year-over year decline of on-time deliveries for the past 3 years or so as Dejoy 'improves' USPS.

I am seeing late deliveries now, even with Priority Mail, although I never really had to pay attention to how USPS is performing so I don't have a baseline for comparison, but I do know Priority Mail shouldn't take 12-14 days to get from one state to another just two states away.

Most of my late packages seem to get hung up at my regional hub before getting sent on to the recipient's regional hub. I suppose that means that those of us with underperforming local postal facilities could potentially be suspended sooner than those near an efficient hub if we don't have this that and the other settings set.

We've been having the exact same issue since last week...94% OTDR, insights dashboard states we should only have a 0.6 day promise extension but Amazon is adding a full week for East Coast, 4-5 days for West Coast (says it will take a week and a half to get to my own address))

SS told us we have to maintain a 97% OTDR now, next it will be 100%, whatever they figure is impossible for us to maintain so they can control sales and send them all to FBA.

I guess SS is allowed to just make policies up on the fly now to whatever suits them and closes cases.

We have pulled all ads since last week, does no good to advertise if you can't sell....

Is this the end for FBM sellers?

Hello @Seller_ZDUFw1qRNIbgB @Seller_5HWPhkqmyqcqt and any other sellers asking about "Promise Extensions."

I have seen a few sellers asking about the Fulfillment Insights Dashboard, and specifically about the promise extension information.

The Promise Extensions information displays how promise extensions were applied to orders placed for the displayed timeline. In the example above, that was October 17 - November 16. That information is not the active promise extensions that may be applied to your current offers.

What we all want to know is WHY most of us have a 4 to 6 day padding on our offers. We are losing the buy box against sellers who aren’t getting padding OR customers aren’t interested in buying from us because the long delivery time. HOWEVER when customers do place the order they get a delivery date that accurately matches the sellers shopping template.

Hello @Seller_KSGiCfnnfnz0d Promise extensions are additional days that we may add to delivery estimates to account for logistical factors that may delay a delivery such as extreme weather, transportation network constraints, or recent history of a seller delivering shipments after their set delivery date. Seller-level information about promise extensions is not available.

I have continued to share seller feedback with our partner team regarding promise extensions. That team is working on improved messaging to provide to sellers asking about this subject.
