All sales have been transferred to reserves and I cannot receive them.
I sell on Amazon in the US from Japan. Since I changed my settings to the currency converter (ACCS) in February of this year, I have not been able to receive payments from my sales. For some reason, an error was occurring.
To deal with this, I changed my settings back to the US bank I had been using from the beginning, but on the sales screen, all sales other than those paid by invoice are now reserved and carried over to the beginning of the next period.
The bank settings for receiving sales are approved.
What should I do to solve this?
