The two reviews wrote by Mariya K violate your guidelines, because it focuses on issues with the seller, customer service, and return policy, rather than the product itself. Moreover, these two comments were written by the same person, and the content is almost exactly the same. I think it is very suspicious.
I opened a case on August 28, 2024. Case ID: 15916164301. But your team suggest me to report, however whether I click "Report Abuse" from Seller Central > Performance > Account Health or "Report Abuse" from under Customer Reviews I get no results.
Therefore, could you please re-view these two product reviews again and remove them? I firmly believe that they violate Community Guidelines. This has a huge impact on my sales. Thank you for your time and help.
