Unable to ungate a beauty brand despite all documents provided
Hi All,
I am trying to get a beauty brand ungated and even though I have provided actual invoice in pdf from an authorized wholesaler, and delivery of product photos with all the quantities visible, with EAN Bar code and everything.. I still have been rejected with this message
"We cannot accept this invoice because we are unable to verify the transaction with the supplier. Documents must be authentic and unaltered in order to be verified."
Not only this, I even provided my fund transfer screenshot and the wholesaler presence on ELLE Magazine mentioned but I couldn't get approval till this day.
I am totally confused as to what do I need to do to get myself ungated for the brand I am after ? and
Can someone please help?

It's so frustrating. In the past I have reverted to using 3rd Party services to help get ungated. The last one I used with success (for one of my clients) for AU was with a company called funnel guru earlier this year.
