Does Stainless Steel Tweezers for Cooking needs FDA
I am planning to FBA Stainless Steel Cooking tweezers 20cm
According to some people i need to FDA to sell it, but this is just a cooking utensil just like any tong, its other uses are also in gardening or fishing.
I see many sellers already selling them on amazon and none of them are FDA registered.
Is there anyway to know if FDA is required or not with proof so my shipment is easily released by customs.
Also any guaranteed way that i will not face any problem while amazon receives it in their warehouse or if my listing will be removed. Thanks.

You could/should contact the FDA and ask them. There's probably some information on their website that will give you information and/or a phone number to contact with more questions.
And a word of caution -- just because you see other sellers doing something on Amazon doesn't mean it's ok. It could just be that they haven't gotten caught/suspended yet. You are responsible for following US laws and Amazon policies in spite of what other sellers do.
