Buyer opened return request, after amazon dressed prepaid return label the buyer message me request for QR code for return cause he is unable to print the label.
Then I told him how to download the label and bring the return item to the UPS store, they will help him to print.
There might be a fee for printing the label so the buyer kept asking me to email the QR code to him so he can return the item for free.
Buyer opened A-Z claims and closed by amazon, then he come back to me kept asking for QR code.
I explained why I am not able to send him the QR code, then buyer left 2 negative feedback,
even on the order he request cancelled before.
