Our product has been identified by Amazon as a 'string of lights'. We have provided UL588 reports and product photos, but the materials we submitted have been consistently rejected. We have provided many screenshots to illustrate that the model/part number in our report, the model/part number on the details page, and the model/part number on the actual product photos are all consistent. Recently, we received a response requesting us to provide documents for other certification standards, but the mentioned documents do not belong to our product type. Are we submitting the materials to the correct review team? The submission of the same materials for the variant has already been approved, and we do not understand this situation very well.
