Access to business account unresolved 3 months on!

I have been in contact with Amazon for over 3 months constantly trying to regain access to my seller account that has products for sale FBA in the EU which should no longer be available for consumer purchases. I spoke to the different teams within Amazon who passed me back and forth saying they couldn’t help and it was the other teams issue. I closed my business purchasing account as part of closing my company but did not expect this to have any affect on my business selling account. I have an open case which I have told all of the information to but I get the standard reply ‘our internal team is looking into your case and we’ll get back to you’ Over 3 months!! No progress, products for sale are non compliant due to company closure and no longer compliant with UK/EU cosmetic regulations. I receive all automated emails telling me I need to provide Country of Origin, that my VAT fillings need reviewing, that a product has sold but have no access! HELP someone must be able to resolve this.
