Inventory Delivered Over 10 Days Ago, Still Not Available for Sale
Hi everyone,
I’m hoping someone here can help me with this issue. I sent a shipment of inventory to Amazon’s FBA warehouses, and the status in Seller Central shows that it was delivered over 10 days ago. However, the units are still not available for sale.
Here’s what I’ve checked so far:
The status in "Manage FBA Inventory" shows "Delivered", but the inventory hasn’t moved to "Available".
I’ve reviewed the Inventory Transaction Report, and there are no discrepancies or missing units reported.
The products were correctly labeled with FNSKUs and complied with Amazon’s packaging requirements.
I opened a case with Amazon support, but they mentioned that it might take longer due to "internal processing". Unfortunately, I haven’t received clear details about the delay.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Is there anything else I can do to speed up the process or figure out what’s causing the delay?

I've had shipments that took as long as 25 days to check in.
