Removal Orders taking over 6 months - seller support unhelpful
We had an issue with one of our ASINs needling to be relabeled. Removal orders were created in May 2024 and we are still waiting for them. Its taking excessively too long and every time we've brought up this issue with seller support they respond with the same generic response - be patient. At this point we're starting to get hit with long term storage fees. Can a mod please take a look into this?

You're not supposed to get those extra storage fees provided the removal order was initiated beforehand.

I had the same problem where they created a removal order in November of mainly Christmas lines removing them from sale. They then returned them to me in April/May.
After about 150 replies to Seller Support they eventually reimbursed my removal costs which felt like a small victory.
Keep going with them.
