I am reaching out to request your urgent assistance with my seller account identity verification. On March 14, 2025, I received an email containing a video verification link. However, due to an issue I was experiencing at the time, I posted my concern on the Seller Forums and unfortunately lost access to my ID temporarily.
I have now recovered my ID and attempted to complete the verification, but I am facing a technical issue – the "Submit" button on the video verification page is not working, preventing me from proceeding.
Although the system still shows the video call option, I am unsure whether I should proceed that way, and I fear it may not properly resolve the verification status.

I have previously shared these concerns in my forum post and also contacted Seller Support. They responded to my inquiry, and I have attached images of their reply to this message for your reference.
Please kindly review my case and assist in one of the following ways:
Provide a working video verification link, or
Confirm if I should proceed with the video call option, or
Guide me on the next steps to resolve this issue quickly.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent issues that occurred on your account with the verification and the link. I know the lengthy process can be increasingly concerning, so I do want to get you support on your next steps.
I was able to review the case ID and work with another team regarding this situation, and they had communicated that they had made adjustments and provided a new link to you. I would encourage you to review the notifications you have received to see if the new link provided will allow you to proceed in the verification as it does appear to have been sent on 5/12/25. If you are still seeing issues, please refer to this thread with a screenshot that includes a time stamp and the date with personal information removed.
I will continue to monitor this thread for any new details that you share so that guidance can be given to you.
