Simply reply to the customer that the tracking and GPS shows that the order WAS received on 9 Oct and send them copy.
Once again your tags to the forum mods are not correct and will not be seen by them. Start with @ then type their name and select from dropdown.

Did you use Amazon Buy Shipping? Feedback relating to none delivery is only struck through if FBA or Buy Shipping is used.
