Amazon support zero help with genuine pricing issue!

I hope you are well - I am contacting you with an issue I have with a genuine pricing mistake that your system doesn't notice as its an automated system -

I am the manufacturer of this product and was listed at 29.99 when listing was created and that is the intended selling price of my product.

However when I created an fbm listing i accidentally put 2.99 instead of 29.99 without noticing and got purchases which I only noticed later of this issue then i automatically stopped the listing as it was wrong price as I would be losing a lot of money if i sold it at 2.99 as the product is 4.99 for cost price to manufacture (I am the manufacturer). Now that my fba products have arrived at your warehouse and my fba listing is live, amazon gave me a pricing error issue because it now sees my original 29.99 price where my product was created and intended to be sold as these are high quality ingredients. I've tried numerous times to sort this on seller support but as you know and aware of, its a never ending battle as they never read your issue and use copy and paste responses like robots and nothing ever gets resolved.

Please manually fix this on the back end as my price needs to be 29.99 so it is not a pricing error like your system suggests as i made a mistake on the FBM listing putting 2.99 instead of 29.99 like my fba price.

Please confirm when this is actioned and my FBA listing and buy box is live.
