It seems quite straighforward to me. As it says:

1. Check your notification from Amazon on what information is required.

2. These documents can be invoices, receipts or letters of authorisation from the brands.

When you have these documents ready click the "select file" link and find the file/s on your computer.

Click the orange "Submit" button
