Violation of Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy

I posted these several months ago but found no solution. Over time the number of "Violation of Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy" has increased

Next to the Violation is an “Update Pricing” button. Clicking that takes me to the following screen.

I price to the minimum/recommended price, yet the violations do not go away. I tried explaining this to the Account Health Rep, but has no suggestions for me.

Please, if anyone has had similar issues, how did you resolve them?

Thanks

If the min/max doesn't work for you, there is no solution, short of lowering your price to what the ridiculous pricing bot "thinks" it should be. You likely won't be too happy at that point but Amazon surely will be. Until it happens again.

Are you selling anyplace else including your own site?

Amazon has stopped sellers for high price violations if they have pricing on their own site that is even 50 cents lower!

I am wondering if anyone is able to keep their listings active by setting the min and max.

We have had some success with this. It works for us well below 50% of the time, but once in a while we get lucky.
