Return didnt arrive
I have a buyer who received a EDT order and said it didnt smell good. Amazon immediately approved his refund (I have changed this auto-Amazon refund approach now, lesson learned).
The buyer then shipped item back but said he didnt purchase tracking; the item hasnt been received, and now Amazon are pushing me to confirm the refund and hitting me with a A-Z claim hit.
