Going from 100% featured offers rate to 0% featured offers rate overnight - for all my FBA listings where I am the only seller
Hello.
Yesterday all my FBA listings, where I am an only seller, lost the Featured Offer. It's seems to be a glitch, as I never faced similar issues before.
I am an FBA seller selling products were I am the only seller for my brand.
2 days ago my Featured Offer rate for UK marketplace was 100%. The 30-day average Featured Offer rate was 99%. I am selling these ASINs for years.
And now, ALL my listings are without Featured Offer. Please, assist ASAP.
Key information on my account:
- Account Heath - Good.
- No issues with performance, no performance notifications.
- No issues with feedback or ODR.
- All listings are FBA offers with stock available.
- I am the only seller on my listings.
- The Featured offer rate topped from 100% on 10/12/2024 to 0% as of 12/12/2024.
The examples of ASINs are: B0BZZKD5CH, B0BZZJR64G, B09BNNNKQJ, B09BNLH5JJ, B09BNLT9R2, B09BNKXXB6.

I saw that you have helped with similar issue to other sellers. I would appreciate some help on this matter as I am in panic and never faced any similar issue before. My sales dropped during the most peak time of the year.
