我们已经注册并在亚马逊备案多年的品牌,忽然被人恶意注册了其他类目。并向我们索要20多万。我们向亚马逊提出了申诉,亚马逊一直说被提交到了法律团队,让我们等待,但是已经过去一个多月了,申诉一直在审核中。我们尝试多次联系亚马逊电话团队,每次都说帮我催下,如果十天后还没有结果,就再次打电话给他们。我已经打了四次,依然让我等待。我的账户已经停用四十多天了,怎么办?真的很着急。
