Help Needed: Account Deactivation Due to VAT and Multiple Accounts Issues

I’m reaching out for advice and assistance with an urgent issue that I’ve been struggling to resolve for months due to what appears to be a system glitch in Amazon.
My seller account was deactivated for two main reasons:
1. **VAT Issue**: I resolved this by obtaining my VAT number and uploading it to Seller Central. However, there’s a name mismatch: my business name in Seller Central is Beazyness e.K., while the VAT number is under my name. Because my account is deactivated, I can’t change the name to match the VAT registration.
2. **Multiple Accounts Violation**: My account has been linked to other accounts, sometimes under the name OzyShop and sometimes Beazyness. I understand the linkage to Beazyness because of the VAT issue, but I have no connection to OzyShop and have never used any third-party services.
I’ve appealed this decision at least six times, but I keep getting the same response requesting more information, despite having provided everything I have.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Any advice on how to resolve this and get my account reactivated would be greatly appreciated.

Ozyshop is a US account and the seller has the same name as you. Hopefully that helps you find the link.
