Please Help KEN!: Account Deactivated Due to IP Claims No Response from Rights Owner

Hi,

We are seeking assistance regarding the deactivation of our Australian Amazon seller account due to intellectual property (IP) claims. Despite multiple attempts, we have been unable to get a response from the complainant to resolve the issue.

We would like to clarify that we do not have invoices or Letters of Authorization (LOA) for the ASINs in question, and there have been no sales of these ASINs from our account. We have already sent several Plans of Action (POA) and explanations to Amazon, detailing the steps we've taken to comply. But the rights owner has not responded to our emails for over two months.

Could you please advise how we can resolve this issue if the complainant remains unresponsive? Is there an alternative escalation process or additional steps we can take to move forward?

We appreciate any help or guidance you can provide to help us restore our account.

Thank you in advance for your assistance

if you sold something that infringe of someone's else IP and got banned for it, I don't see why that other party is obliged at all to respond

Thank you for your post.

This post is a duplication of other threads that you have already made. (See How to appeal a violation of intellectual property if the complainant does not respond? and Account Deactivated Due to IP Claims: No Response from Rights Owner)

The other ones will be closed, but please feel free to communicate with other sellers in this thread. (My replies about your issue is shown in How to appeal a violation of intellectual property if the complainant does not respond?, the post you made two months ago.)
