My FBA items don't have free returns tags, how can I have them?

FBA items There is no free returns tag on the details page, I see that all other FBA products have this tag.

Even though I don't have a FBM sku and I've set FBM returns to free returns on all items, the frontend still doesn't show the free returns tag.

Thanks for the post.

Refund at First Scan has been enabled for over a year now and the free returns are mandatory as part of selling on Amazon. Depending on why the sellers are returning the product, which generally the only time they are not provided with a free return is if the selected return reason is they no longer wanted the item.

All other returns are provided with a free return to provide a better customer experience. Refund at First Scan is mandatory for Fulfillment by Amazon and merchant-fulfilled sellers as part of our efforts to offer a consistent and seamless customer returns experience.
