anyone else having issues processing a refund?
I had a return on Friday from a customer (FBM shipment) and I processed a return (applied small deduction due to missing items in the return) uploaded pics etc etc and the refund was submitted.
Logged on over the weekend and the refund has not been processed and the transaction appeared as if I never even attempted to refund the customer (when I'm sure I saw it pending after I completed the return)
repeated the refund steps yesterday, to find this morning same again, no refund issued to customer and it seems as if the money never left us and the transaction shows no sign of the customer refund being processed.
What is going on?

I am noticing a 24 hour leg on refunds. Probably an update to offer a better customer experience.
