WHY IS THE CGN1 WAREHOUSE LIKE THIS?

Hello

None of the shipments delivered to the CGN1 Warehouse are received, and even if they are received, they are not added to the stocks. It takes an incredibly long time. It's been 1 and a half months and they still haven't counted my cargo. Some were 3-4 weeks old. I really don't want to send products to that warehouse.

Hello @Seller_E1MWumntjZtan,

Emma here from Amazon, Welcome to the SellerForums!

Did you use an Amazon Partnered Carrier for your shipments to Amazon?

If not, did you make sure that you book a Delivery window?

"If you use a non-partnered carrier for small parcel or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments, you must provide a delivery window when you create a shipment using Send to Amazon."

Best Regards,

Emma
