SCHEDULE VIDEO CALL
Hello, my account was deactivated because I don't have a utility bill which has my name, address, and so on.
I previously was able to schedule a video call in order to have my funds disbursed to me. I was able to speak with an agent on the video call but I wasn't able to complete the verification because I didn't have the complete documents with me.
Since then, I've been unable to schedule another video call appointment. The link provided takes me straight into document upload and then into the video call where no agent ever joins in.
I'm not sure whether no agent ever joins in because it wasn't a scheduled appointment. But the link doesn't take me to schedule a video call appointment, rather it takes me straight into the video call where no agent ever joins in.
Please assist with this. How do I get on a video call with an agent, I need my funds held in the account. Thank you

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you recently encountered with the video verification. I understand that you have been unable to get on the call to complete it. In addition, please provide us a screenshot of what you are seeing when attempting to follow the link sent to you?
