How do you know they are not saved if you can’t find them?
The dimensions are usually in the product details but this can vary depending on the category of your goods.
You could try downloading a product file and then re-uploading this with a partial update.

I find some of my products now have a “shipping” tab which the measurements are in.
You mgiht have to click on all attrtibutes
