Reactivate account - stuck in endless loop
I am stuck in an endless loop attempting to reactivate my account (inactive due to inactivity). it asks me to update my CC, which I did, yet it continues to say I need to update my payment method. I tried things suggested in other posts on this topic:
deleting my cache and logging back in.
I've used several different cards, no love.
i tried deleting and reentering the cards. The system does not allow me to to move to the point where I can submit verification information, nor does it allow me to contact help/support. just this endless "your account is inactive, update your payment information".
I need to get my tax reports so I can file my tpt. so urgent.

Are you using valid credit cards and not debit cards?

I have the same issue for more than a year now. No matter what explanation I have to tell these contact centers to activate all deleted inventory, I am getting repeated answers. If they don’t want me in this site, delete all my inventory so that other Sellers stop using my pictures and listing and deactivate my account and stop charging me. As much as I want to reactivate my account, I can’t get anyone help and I’m stuck in this loop! very disappointedz
