Dewalt Brand Ungate in CANADA
I have submitted the application for 5 months and Amazon keeps declining me more than 10 times, but I do not know what is reason why they decline me. I have a letter from distributor to prove legit products. Also have invoice as well. I provide so many picture with product and invoice. please guide me what I should do and how can I ungate this brand

Amazon mod here jumping in to further assist, I do have a brand registry point of contact in which we can assess the information, depending on the case that you raised I can clarify what might be missing.
Would you happen to have the case ID, so I can take a look at the rejection reason?

I’m dealing with this same issue the team which is taking care of Canada is located in India, and they are very unprofessional upon asking them multiple times. Why they keep rejecting my application. They just don’t tell you when I see the guidelines I made all the guidelines if there are any other guidelines which somebody is not meeting, they should at least tell them, but the way this team deals with Canadian sellers it’s just frustrating and unbelievable and there is no way you can complain about
