Hello @Seller_fVQjL7jGHvNE9,
Thank you for posting your concerns with a multiple account policy violation.
recently my account and my listing been deactivated, I do not have separate accounts I only have one account as Im very aware of Amazon policy and will not try to violate the rules.
This situation does sound like a violation of the multiple account policy, found under our code of conduct help page.
my intention was to activate UAE account throug my US account now they want signed affidavit explaining who owns the other account and their relationship to you.
The most important question is if your UAE store is currently active, or undergoing an account deactivation. If this other store does belong to you, we will require you to ensure the associated store has been successfully reinstated. Once completed you can use the standard appeal process in the account health page to submit the acknowledgement that the other store is now active.
If the store does not belong to you, you will need to provide a valid proof of separation, this is where the affidavit comes in. We will commonly ask for documents such as contracts, termination agreements, bill of sale, transfer of ownership as an example. This is not an exhaustive list thus we can accept an affidavit if you provide supporting evidence on how and why the association occurred along with proper signature and notarization.
Again the path taken will depend on the situation as a whole, as an affidavit will not be accepted holistically and require supporting evidence to show the reason for association and explanation on lack of documentation to support a separation.
I would recommend checking out our seller university video onhow to address a multiple account policy violation.
I am also passing your information to our account health support team who will reach out by phone to discuss this further.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
