Hi. Our shipments to BWU2 (with UPS) keep getting rescheduled - every week the delivery date gets pushed by a week. We currently have 3 shipments waiting, multiple SKUs out of stock and (since we use amazon for MCF) multiple orders from other channels that we cannot fulfill, which mean we'll have to stop using MCF.

We've been told by a logistics provider that BWU2 is "full and not receving shipments until december 1st)", but we do not have any information from Amazon itself... new shipments get assigned to BWU2, leaving us wondering if we're gonna be out of stock for months and miss our season.

Does anybody have an idea what is going on, and suggestions on how we can get some inventory in?
