high fees for removal orders
Hi all, Pleeeease i need any help, Amazon seller support refuses to connect me to an associate
i have a misreable experience in Amazon FBA resulted in loosing all my investment in this business and i was shocked that i have also a 3500 USD remaining fees that i cant pay because i lost all my savings in the dead inventory
1- started nearly 25th december 2023, sold well in the first 10 days with ads
2- after 10 days there was a problem in my country egypt that prevented spending more than 250USD for each credit card in month, i tried to let Amazon split their ADS fees into small amounts each less than 250USD to be able to pay them but with multible credit cards but they refused, so i couldnt pay in time for 3 days, so they suspended my ADS account
3- till now my ads account is suspended although i resolved the card problem and used it to pay for amazon storage fees and sent them tons of messages to resolve the suspension and they refused without telling clear reason
4- so selling was stopped and no revenue was gained, also i was paying large storage fees every month
5- after i lost any chance in resolving my ads account i decided to remove my inventory out of Amazon to cut cost, so i made removal order for them, and i wasnt told any data about removal order costs especially my inventory was splitted between all amazon stores
6- they sent nearly 70% of the inventory in many small shipments and told that the other pieces cant be sent now and removal order is completed
7- i lost nearly 10 pieces in shipping and cant make a dispute because i need to specify exactely which shipment has the deviation wich is impossible with this large number of small shipments, also nearly 7 pieces was damaged through shipping and also i cant prove that happened also because the large number of shipments the storage recieved
8- NOW I TOTALLY LOST NEARLY 23000 USD in that business , the costs of inventory and fees and other costs
9- the SURPRISE NOW that i Amazon shocked my with extra 3500 USD removal order fees after the removal order finished ( NOW I CANT PAY THIS COST BECAUSE I HAVE NO SAVINGS LEFT AND THE BANK SUSPENDED MY CREDIT CARDS DUE TO LARGE FOREIGN CURRENCY PAYMENTS I PAID ) accordingly they totally suspended my seller account

This sounds like an issue with your bank, not Amazon. You ALWAYS have to have a valid credit card with an available spending limit to have an active Amazon selling account.

Note that the fact that your items are spread around doesn't matter; the fee is the same, and covers delivery from Amazon to your US address.
If the fees were excessive, then you should open a case.
