Compliance documentation for ineligible products
We seem to be having an issue with Amazon requesting compliance documentation for 'electric space heaters' yet some of the SKUs they include in the list aren't actually electrical (they are hot water heating appliances). I've tried appealing each several times to state that they aren't electrical products and so that particular compliance documentation isn't relevant but Amazon rejects it every time so I'm going round in circles.
Has anyone else had this problem or can suggest a solution - I've opened a case with SS but am not holding out much hope that they'll actually come up with anything useful to resolve it.
