Listed item at wrong price, can't find in inventory to edit!

Hi,

I have listed an item tonight with a massive mistake with the price and need to immediately edit it.

It is not showing in my inventory or in any of the suppressed / potential duplicates or filters etc.. yet it is still live and several people have order the product :(

I tried adding the product again in the hope that this would throw up a duplicate and allow me to delete the incorrectly listed item, this didnt happen and now the product is live twice!

Can someone help please?

Are you not able to find it by entering the SKU or ASIN into the "Manage All Inventory"" search box?

Maybe try another browser?

If still not there, then I am baffled, sorry.

H I also had this problem as I listed an item last night which was showing as live yet not showing in my inventory, so I opened a case informing Amazon of this fact, and after they told me that I had not listed the item and that it had apparently been listed by another seller, when I am the only seller and it was my name on the listing, and my having to contact them again stating these facts it was eventually rectified.

I'm also having this problem, two items I tried to add to existing ASINs today have both not shown up in 'Manage Inventory', but are available to purchase on the product page. Spoke to "Seller Support" who advised to try listing it again and waiting 24 hours. I feel that was just to get me to leave them alone, but will see what happens tomorrow.
