Brand Registry rejecetd because of abusive conduct

I have had a brand on Amazon for nearly 2 years and i just want to add a second brand and i am told that my account is blocked due to abusive conduct.

But my amazon account across all markets is showing as healthy so i don't get the issue?

Anyone else experienced this? As i have a brand ready to launch with stock sitting in a warehouse that i will have to send to another marketplace if i can't rectify it
