Issue Accessing Campaign Manager – Unable to Open or Access Ads
I run an Amazon store in the UAE and have been using Amazon Ads to promote our products successfully until recently. Initially, everything was working fine, and I was able to publish ad campaigns in the UAE. However, since last week, I have been facing an issue with the Campaign Manager.
When I try to access the Campaign Manager from Seller Central, I get the error message: "This page is not working." I have already taken several steps to troubleshoot, including clearing my browser cache, deleting cookies, trying different browsers, switching internet connections, and even using different laptops, but the problem persists.
After reaching out to Amazon support, they suggested accessing the Ad Manager directly via the link: https://advertising.amazon.com/. However, when I follow this link, I am unable to find the UAE store option; the only available stores are USA, Canada, and Mexico, which are not fully registered by us.
I have attached screenshots of both the Seller Central home page showing today’s advertising impressions and the page I see when trying to access the Ad Manager.
Has anyone else experienced this issue, or can anyone help me resolve it? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Danny here, I wanted to chime in to ask if this experience has improved in the days since creating this post? I was glad to see you've already taken steps to complete standard troubleshooting tasks, but can confirm that working directly with out Advertising support team through a case would be your best next step if any more technical troubleshooting is needed!
