Amazon keeps messing up my handling times
We make customized products and we have a handling day 3-7 business days depending on the product.
Couple weeks ago Amazon turned on automatic handling time on our account without notifying us or asking our permission which got messed up so bad that an order which takes 5 days to complete showed up next business day delivery. The AI who decides that terribly coded by poor amazon engineers once again didn't surprised me at all. So I changed all my sku handling time again but today I noticed our handling times changed again and show "new" mark on shipping settings with local pick up option, is this the reason our handling times got messed up again?
Anyone experiencing this please let us know

First: I recommend reading the below News Announcement and additional details about how automated handling time works. You can check if you have AHT set for your account and instructions on manually configuring SKU-specific handling times.

Introduction to automated handling time
Automated Handling Time (AHT) will automatically calculate an accurate Handling Time for all your SKUs based on historical data for how long you have taken to ship an order from the time you received it. However, you have the flexibility to request an exception to set a manual Handling Time for your Custom-made, Perishable goods, media, and heavy & bulky SKUs.
To request an exception of your Handling Time, please contact seller support team and request for them to create a ticket for you to have a Handling Time exception.
