UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable between the shipping locations

I’m trying to send a small parcel shipment to a Spanish FBA fulfilment centre (SVQ1) using the Send to Amazon workflow. I have not sent inventory to the EU previously but do regularly send to the UK FBA fulfilment centres using UPS as the Amazon partnered carrier. When I come to the part of the workflow for selecting the carrier for my Spanish shipment I am not able to select UPS (Amazon partnered carrier). Instead I am presented with a message “UPS (Amazon partnered carrier) is unavailable between the shipping locations.” I have tried this both as the United Kingdom and Spain as the region selected in Seller Central, but it is the same. Am I missing some terms and conditions acceptance somewhere or anything else anyone can suggest?

Thanks
Martin

You can’t use UPS to send from the UK to Spain. It’s as simple as that.

There is a pilot program running, that you need to join in order to use that service.
