Hi,

I am trying to reactivate my account due to a virtual identity issue. Amazon keeps telling me my account is fraudulent and I have been appealing this from two months back. I am a seller in the US and have inventory that is stranded. I need help before the deadline. I need this account to get activated because I need the US account to be activated too. It seems like the appeals are getting looked at by a computerized agent and is still not getting activated. I was asked to submit my passport and I just got an update that I am still not getting activated. Please help.
