Merchant Review team sending mixed signals... Approved for Grocery and Gourmet but not approved for Starbucks using starbucks invoices

Hello. I am going through a very frustrating issue... I have been gated for Starbucks products as well as Grocery and Gourmet due to Product Authenticity customer complaints. I quickly cooperated with the internal team and provided the invoices needed to resolve these issues. I submitted all the Starbucks invoices requested from me and was quickly re- approved to sell grocery and gourmet products. I used the same exact invoices to ungate Starbucks and was told that these documents were forged. I dont get how these invoices were approved for Grocery and Gourmet but not for Starbucks when they were Starbucks Invoice. I am pleading for help as I have thousands of Starbucks inventory stranded. Please help me resolve these issues...
