INFORM Act Tax Re-Verification
About 3 weeks ago, I was prompted to reverify my information. I have been a seller on Amazon for around 15 years and nothing has really changed. I certified everything and the notice went away.
About a week ago, I got a notice on the Seller Account APP that said my account was at risk of deactivation. I went to the desktop website and noticed that it was prompting me to re-verify my Tax Information under Settings>Account Info. I did not have a banner anywhere else on the site, only on this page. I verified my info and I got a success message. After that, on the Account Health page it said "Thank you for completing the INFORM act".
It concerned me that, had I not clicked into Settings>Account Info, I would not have seen that notification. So I checked it again today and it said I needed to re-verify again. I talked to Account Health and they told me it looks fine on their end, but to just re-certify again to see if it goes away.
Is anyone else having this issue? I'm not sure if there is an issue or if it's a glitch?

Yes, you should re-verify the tax information. Even if everything is still matches 100%, please review and confirm all account information is accurate and resubmit the information through the tax questionnaire. There have been a number of situations recently seen where this has occurred and the re-verification typically resolves the issue. Should you encounter a situation where it still is not updating, please reach back out with screenshots of the issue so I can work with the appropriate teams on a resolution.

Hi, I am suffering with the same issue.
I spoke to the account health department and they told me that it is a technical glitch so I am sitting quietly waiting for amazon to fix this issue. Please suggest if there is some other issue.
