Brand Registry - report violation was accepted but changed to not accepted after few days

Once I report violation via Brand Registry, the submission status would be updated to "accepted" almost instantly but then after few days, it changed to "not accepted". This is quite frustrating as I thought Amazon has already taken down those listing of counterfeit products but then I found out those sellers would receive an email from Amazon, then they were able to remove their listing prior Amazon Review team to check on the submission cases. That's totally unfair to the Brand. I've escalated those "not accepted" submissions many times but only got a standard reply from Amazon Support Team, that's totally unhelpful. Anyone encountered the same issue or can suggest me how to tackle it as it impacts the acceptance rate significantly.
