We are in verification process therefore we prepare the necessary documents. We use shared office so don't have any invoice addressed to the company address

Well, what goods or services do you get delivered to that address?
I think, from an amazon point of view, you may want toview their policy page related to this matter.
This line in particular...
"Documents for locations that are virtual offices or mail forwarding locations do not qualify as proof that you have UK primary place of business address. You will need to provide proof of a physical address."
